CUBIC FIBER MEDIA (CFM)

Cubic fiber media are manufactured with the synthetic material of polypropylene yarn.
They register excellent filtration performance as they form pores optimized for eliminating floating particles from water. They also demonstrate excellent cleaning efficiency and long duration with durability acquired with a chemically stable material and through the thermosetting process.
CFM TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
1. Material - Polyolefin (PP, PE)
- Excellent chemical stability with acid resistance, alkali resistance.
- Light weight: specific weight of 0.85-0.9 with weight of 70㎏/㎥ (sand 2,200㎏)
2. Manufacturing : Blended fabrics-felt-thermosetting
- Pores: minimum 92%
- Durability: replacement cycle of minimum 2 years repeated cleaning of minimum 3,000 times
3. Efficiency : Minimum 92% of pores
- Collection and filtration: 10-15㎏/㎥
- Open flow: high-speed and low-pressure filtration realized at LV 70m/hr
- Upward filtration and water reclamation system
Fiber Filter Structure and Mechanism
1. Formed as 5㎜ or 7㎜ cubes, they are suitable for cleaning through stirring and are easy to filling or replacement.
2. The pores with minimum 92% penetration collect and filter floating particles, and enable high speed upward filtration as they involve nearly no pressure loss.
3. Polyolefin resin is woven and thermoset to minimize deformity from cleaning through stirring
