♧ Flocculation action principle

• Colloidal particle of water or surface of
suspended solids is disturbing shock between
particle by mutual repulsion because have
charge.
• Polymer flocculant does action that neutralizes
to surface charge and do adsorption between particle.


♧ Kind of flocculant

• Polymer flocculant parts in Powder type
and Emulsion type according to nature of product,
and parts in Anionic , Nonionic, Cationic according to
ionic character of functional group.


♧ Use method

• Solube concentration :
Use in ordinary 0.05 - 0.25% aqueous solution
and Anion uses 0.1% usually,
and Cation uses 0.2% by standard melting concentration.

• Solube water : PH of solube water is neuter gender,
and it is good for hardness to use low water.
Also, there is occasion that drop cohesion effect if dissolved
inorganic matter uses a lot of waters.

• Agitation :
Agitation agitates for 60 minutes in speed of 100 - 300 rpm


♧ Handle and storage

• Wear protective gear.
• Wash thoroughly with fresh water if skin contacts.
• Dry and wind goes well that should store in place
• Avoid direct contact with water.
• Put mask to prevent microscopic powdered inhalation.

★ Decoloring Agent (LT-Decol 10/15)

♧ Feature

1. LT-DECOL10 is a manageable solution type of
poly cationic flocculating agent.

2. LT-DECOL10 has a new form of chemical structure which
removes anionic soluble substances and suspended particles
in the sewer and waste water congealed by extraction,
thus making insoluble composition with superior condensing and
disintegrating effects through the reaction of physical chemistry.

3. This product is very effective in treating industrial waste water,
solution and sewing containing COD substances hard to disintegrate.
Especially, it can be most effectively used for decoloring waste water
and removing active agent in dye works.

4. The condensing effect of LT-DECOL10
can be highly promoted if inorganic flocculanting agent
(Aluminium Sulphate, PAC, Ferric Chloride, Ferrous Sulphate)
and high polymer flocculating agent
(Polyacrylamide, Polyacrylic polymer, etc.) are applied together.


♧ General Method

The flocculating efficiency of this agent can be influenced
by several conditional reaction such as types
and amounts of contaminated substances in waste water
and treating process, especially, waste waters in dyeing materials,
processing method, type of dye colors, etc.,

Therefore, the best condition of using method
should be appropriately controlled by waste water properties.

All types of sewer and colored waste from factories including :
- Dye works, painting and leather industry.
The oil, fat and petrochemical processing plant.

- The paper mill, metalworking

♧ Storage and Handling Method

• DYC-510 must be stored in normal temperature under 50℃.

• There may be slight differences in its viscosity due to different
individual storing method without presenting any defects.

• Protracting equipments such as safety glasses
and garment are recommended for safety.

• In case of accidental eye or dermal contact, flush with water thoroughly.

• Packing unit are various in 25kgs plastic pail and 200kgs plastic drum.

★ Fluorine Treatment (DYC-450)

DYC-450 takes care of wastewater functionally.
It is a high-density treatment for water that contains fluoride that
differs from existing calcium hydroxide
or sulfuric aluminum oxide joint-use treatment.

2-3ppm minimum density treatment is available
for SiF6 2-, BO3 2-/F- containing wastewater.

In particular, it presents excellent clearing effect,
which may be able to partially or
completely replace various inorganic agglutinates.

♧ How to use

• Inject to Auto Chemical Feed pump with undiluted solution
or optional dilution density (2:1)

• The injection density is generally 100-500ppm, exact density setup is
available with Jar-tester according to the water quality containing fluorine.

The good injection location is where there is whirlpool
and contact time is longer.-20 ± 2.0


♧ Caution

• The product is nontoxic, but avoid touching eyes, nose
or mouth since it is weak acid.

• Wear gloves when using and wash with clean water
when there is contact to skin.

• Clean with water immediately when spilt to floor since
it makes the floor slippery.

• Do not mingle with alkaline product,
and avoid long-term storage more than 6 months.
